What kind of material is used to make photo jewelry?
This is not a paper based product. Our unique process actually bakes these high quality photos into the metal surface providing a product that will last many years.

Will my jewelry look exactly like the screen preview?
All of the type and spacing will be the same. Colors may not be an exact match because of variations in displays from one computer to the next.

What types of jewelry are offered?
Photo Necklace - We offer our photo necklaces in original silver plate and sterling silver. All our picture necklaces include a chain.
Photo Charm Bracelet - Our charm bracelets come in both sterling silver and our original. The picture bracelets include a chain link bracelet.
Italian Photo Bracelet - Our italian photo bracelets are made up of expandable links the size are usually referred to as mega or double size charms.
Photo Pins and Broaches - Our pins and Broaches are available in sterling silver and original silver plate.
Photo Earrings - We offer out photo earrings in our original silver plate.
Photo Dog Tags - Our dog tags are aluminum with your picture.

What file sizes can I upload?
There is no limit to the size of file you can upload. However, the larger the file, the longer it will take to upload to your photo jewelry.

BUMPER STICKER SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long does it take to print my order?
Typical jewelry orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Many times we ship within 24 hours. UPS shipping options include Next Day and Second Day Air, as well as 3 Day Select and Ground. USPS Priority Mail shipping is also available.

What if I need a rush order?
Please contact us via email or call us with rush requirements. We will work with you to ensure your jewelry are delivered on time.

How much does shipping cost?
For a shipping quote, please add as much jewelry as you need to the shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout and enter your zip code only. The page will refresh with the shipping costs for your custom jewelry listed at the bottom.

PROBLEMS USING OUR WEBSITE QUESTIONS

What if I have created and previewed a bumper sticker design, but cannot add it to the shopping cart?
Our site has issues with some browsers. If you only enter the information/uploaded file needed into the template, and go directly to Add To Cart instead of Update Preview, the sticker should be added to the shopping cart.

What if I have placed an order but have not received an email confirmation?
All completed orders will receive an email confirmation and order number. If you have not received one, this means your order did not go through and you will need to place it again. Please be sure to click on the final Confirm Order button after the checkout page.
